1. You agree to be bounded by all Dexasia Technologies's
general terms and conditions for the use of the DexPay.
Anda diingatkan untuk mematuhi semua terma dan syarat yang
telah ditetapkan oleh Dexasia Technologies setelah menggunakan DexPay.
2. Your Premium Account will only be topped up once payment
has been fully received and verified. Kindly be informed that our working hours
for payment verification observes the standard working hours and holidays.
Akaun Premium anda akan ditambah nilai setelah pembayaran
dibuat dan disahkan. Anda dinasihatkan agar melakukan segala urusan pembayaran
pada waktu bekerja sahaja bagi mengelakkan sebarang kesulitan.
3. There is no minimum amount required per top up.
Tidak ada jumlah minimum untuk membuat tambah-nilai.
4. Dexasia Technologies reserves the right to deactivate
your Premium Account and your Standard Account should the account records zero
number of transaction for a continuous period of 6 months. Dexasia Technologies
Technologies Technologies also reserves the right to close your Premium and
Standard Account if there is no activity in the accounts for further period of
6 months.
Dexasia Technologies berhak untuk menyahaktifkan Akaun
Premium dan Akaun Standard sekiranya tiada sebarang transaksi berterusan dalam
masa 6 bulan. Dalam masa 6 bulan seterusnya, Dexasia Technologies Technologies
Technologies juga berhak untuk menutup Akaun Premium dan Akaun Standard
sekiranya masih lagi tiada sebarang aktiviti.
5. From time to time, new added functionality and product
availability will be introduced for better dealer experience. You will be
entitled to use and access the features free of charge unless stated otherwise.
Dari masa ke semasa, fungsi dan produk baharu akan
diperkenalkan untuk memudahkan dan membantu dealer. Setiap penambahan produk
dan fungsi baharu adalah percuma kecuali dinyatakan.
6. Should the account holder be suspected and/or found
guilty of any wrongdoing, misconduct, abuse of discount rates, illegal
proceedings, or any other matter which is deemed to be concern to Dexasia
Technologies, Dexasia Technologies reserves the right to suspend the respective
accounts and discount rates afforded to the dealer at any point of time.
Sekiranya pemilik akaun didapati menyalahgunakan kadar
komisen atau perkara-perkara yang dianggap salah di sisi undang-undang dan
menjadi suatu kebimbangan kepada Dexasia Technologies, pihak Dexasia
Technologies berhak untuk menggantung akaun dan kadar komisen tersebut jika
perlu.
7. You acknowledge and fully agree that any money deposited
to top up your DEXPAY account could not be withdrawn out from the account at
any point in time for whatsoever reason. You are expected to utilize your
balance in full.
Anda menyedari dan bersetuju bahawa setiap tambah-nilai ke
dalam akaun DEXPAY tidak boleh di pulangkan semula atas apa jua keadaan. Anda
perlu menggunakan baki kredit tersebut dengan sepenuhnya.
8. It is the Premium and/or Standard Accounts' full
responsibility to check and ensure that all transactions are being made into
the right mobile number and account number accordingly. Dexasia Technologies
shall not be held responsible nor liable for any mistake in doing so.
Pemilik Akaun Premium dan/atau Standard memegang sepenuh
tanggungjawab untuk memastikan semua transaksi telah dilakukan dengan nombor
telefon/akaun nombor yang betul. Pihak Dexasia Technologies tidak akan
bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kecuaian yang telah berlaku.
9. In the event of any mis-transactions done due to
negligence from the Premium and/or Standard Account holder, the Premium and/or
Standard Account holder is fully responsible to reimburse the customer. Should
the Premium and/or Standard Account holder fail to do so and a complaint has
been lodged to Dexasia Technologies, Dexasia Technologies shall reimburse the
aggrieved customer in full without informing the Premium/Standard Account
holder by deducting their credit balance accordingly.
Tanggungjawab sepenuhnya akan dikenakan kepada pemegang Akaun
Premium dan/atau Standard DEXPAY sekiranya berlaku sebarang kesalahan transaksi
disebabkan kecuaian sendiri. Sekiranya pihak pemegang Akaun Premium dan/atau
Standard gagal berbuat demikian dan aduan telah diserahkan kepada Dexasia
Technologies, Dexasia Technologies akan membayar balik kepada pelanggan tanpa
perlu memaklumkan kepada pemilik Akaun Premium dan/atau Standard dengan menolak
kredit mereka dengan sewajarnya.
10. Dexasia Technologies reserves the right to revise and/or
amend the terms and conditions at any point of time.
Dexasia Technologies berhak untuk menyemak semula dan meminda terma dan syarat pada bila-bila masa sahaja.
Terms and Conditions of Courier Service:
1. We provide Courier Services such as Pos Laju &
Nationwide Express. This is called as DexPoint.
2. DexPoint allows Dealer to Create Parcel directly using
DexPay (Dealer Site) through https://dexpay.dexasia.com.my or Customer can
walk-in to Create Parcel using our DexPoint (Customer Site) through
http://dexcollect.dexasia.com.my. Then, rider will come to Sender's location to
pickup the Parcels from your doors.
3. The Sender in Customer site will receive Email
Notification of Parcel Order Details once the Create Parcel Form was submitted.
4. Dealer can easily search & track the Parcel status.
5. Dealer will create the Delivery Summary/PL9 form. It is a
form that needs to be attached with your parcel
when you want to send
the GOODS to Pos Laju/Nationwide Express Courier.
6. 4 things to be our DexPoint (Dealer for Courier
Services):
a. Must have a
company/shop which registered under SSM.
b. Must have a
CCTV.
c. Should have
Weight Scale.
d. Should have
Barcode Scanner.
7. Dealer can check first the Quotation of Pos Laju /
Nationwide Price by fill in the Origin, Destination & Parcel Information
such as Length,
Height & Weight
using our Rate Calculator.
8. Dealer will then print Consignment Note & stick the Consignment Note own self on the front of parcel.
9. DexPoint also provide the details of Daily/Weekly/Monthly
Sales of Report which can be Export & Print.
